02 — Issue Details
The Biological Contribution Package is issued to all enrolled personnel upon intake registration. This means you. Its receipt constitutes enrollment in HOMEGA's Continuous Contribution Framework whether or not the package is opened. Ignorance of the Terms and Conditions is expected, but no excuse.
You are encouraged to wear the shirt. You are expected to use the tracker. You are permitted to use the spork, and yes it is genuine fabricated mother-of-pearl.

If you believe you received or didn't receive it in error, you are wrong, please submit a Reallocation Inquiry form to the Compliance Archive. Forms are available upon request. Requests are reviewed quarterly. The next review is not scheduled.

HOMEGA makes no representations regarding the nutritional instrument (spork) beyond its material composition, which includes genuine fabricated mother-of-pearl. The Productivity Tracker Mk.III constitutes continuous consent to biometric monitoring under HOMEGA Data Contribution Agreement DCA-11(b); the red warning light does not indicate malfunction and should not be shown to third parties. HOMEGA is not responsible for changes in sleep quality, appetite, social behavior, or the feeling that one is being watched, as these are documented features of enrollment. The Data Acknowledgment Card is a statement of fact, not a compliment. Biological contribution is non-refundable. HOMEGA thanks you for your continued participation in the human project. The HOMEGA Biological Contribution Package is a work of fiction. Any resemblance to a real package is purely metaphorical, allegorical, and epistemological. You can't have one.
